Suggested Use (Tea Preparation)
1 heaping tablespoon of the blend per 8–10 oz hot water
Steep covered for 15–20 minutes
Drink 1 cup in the evening - take 3 nights and one day off, repeat if needed 

Precautions
Avoid prolonged or daily use of senna and cascara sagrada to prevent dependency
